Hummus

100 gr. Chickpeas, cooked until tender (with 1 tsp. of salt) or 1 can (16 oz), drained
1/4 cup Chickpea liquid
4 Garlic cloves
4 Tbsp. Olive oil
3 Tbsp. Tahini
Juice of one big lemon

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, adding chickpea liquid if necessary. Garnish with paprika and fresh parsley.

Makes 4 servings.
