Curried Chicken Salad

3 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cups finely diced celery
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Juice 1 lemon
1 tablespoon minced onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 to 3 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Salad Greens

Toss chicken with celery and almonds. Mix remaining ingredients, except greens, and combine with chicken mixture. Chill. Serve on greens. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
